Recommend (15).Is there a point to this article? Did Feranado Alonso complain to the FIA about the flag issue? I thought it was the team. Alonso is on vacation. Furthermore, it wasn't even a complain, it was a clarification request in order to satisfy the request of thousands of fans. To get out of your way to write something like this is pathetic. These guys are Formula One drivers and are human, not perfect like you wish they were, just human. This is one incredible driver who gave us an amazing show this year. Far better than anything you have seen in this sport lately. Frankly you should just say thank you and get on with your life.

Recommend (9).Dave Jorgensen, I don't share your opinion... Before saying anything, let me say I'm a McLaren fan and I've never liked Ferrari and Alonso (since Renault's time). But in this case I think he's right. It's obvious that everyone who compete, wants the competition to be fair...not that politics battle that happens on Formula 1. Ayrton Senna always fought against that... Alonso has the right to push Ferrari and himself to ask clarifications from FIA. It was not just one, but two yellow-flag overtakes, Vettel overtook Kobayashi under yellow-flags too. So, the question is the following: Do you think FIA would give Vettel a penalty if it didn't implyed the championship?? Of course they would... And of-course Alonso wants to fight for this cause, we cannot intend to be anyone else but He to fight for this... Like on 2007 McLaren and Hamilton should had done the same about the cooled fuel. It's a shame that a sport followed for millions of people around the world, with images proving things works like this...a complete bull**it filled with corrupted people that just looks to the profit.
